Processing Time
Orders are processed and sent to our supplier on the day of ordering. Orders are processed between Monday and Saturday at our distribution center and are shipped from the warehouse within 3-6 business days.
Average Delivery Times
Due to current events, there may be longer delivery times due to limited package services and flights. We strive for the best price-quality ratio. Therefore, we choose to ship products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save significantly on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, offering the products at a fair price. Our average delivery time is between 6-12 business days due to this choice.
Delays
We deliver 97% of orders within the specified delivery time. Unfortunately, your order may experience delays. The most common reasons for delays are holidays, customs checks, courier sickness, safety measures, increased volume, and staffing issues that all shipping carriers are experiencing.
Free Shipping
We cover the shipping costs and deliver every order to your home for FREE, without a minimum order quantity.
Check Your Shipping Details Carefully!
To ensure that your order is handled correctly, it is important that your shipping details are complete and correct. If information is missing or incorrect, this can lead to delays in shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate information. Please note that if a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the costs are for the buyer and we cannot offer a refund.
Loss of Delivery
We are sorry to hear that there have been problems with your order. We ask you to contact us as soon as possible. In case of a lost shipment or when the customer indicates not having received the order (even if the tracking information shows that it has been delivered), we ask customers to first approach the delivery service to see if they can provide more information about the location of the package. If this yields no result, we then initiate an investigation procedure. Unfortunately, this process can take a long time (about 3 months) after which we can offer a suitable solution. We ask for your understanding and patience. Both we and the customer need to provide full cooperation to the supplier and delivery service.
Track Your Order
You can track your order via our Track and Trace page. The Track and Trace is usually visible the next 2-3 days but in certain circumstances, it may take up to 5 days after placing and dispatching your order. Additionally, it may can take up to 1 week before the first steps are visible.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Don't worry! As soon as your items are shipped, you will automatically receive an email from our system with your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received an email or if the tracking number does not work, please feel free to contact us. We are ready to assist you!
